Get Involved

We host events especially dedicated to those who have conquered Cancer in the DMV area. Join us in the fight by sponsoring a Cancer Survivor with your tax-deductible contribution of $45. This will ensure that our Honorees have an elegant luncheon, inspiring entertainment and guest speakers, Dr. Ashrah Ali of Maryland Oncology and Janet Hadley of Hope Connection for cancer support sharing encouraging information on recent industry breakthroughs. There will also be special guest, comedian, soloist Angela Steele and a presentation of the upcoming Stage Play, The View from the Tunnel, written by our own Cancer Conqueror, Elaine Hutchinson. In addition, Silent auction items will be on display. If you are unable to be a sponsor or attend, a donation of any amount towards this worthy cause would be greatly appreciated. A percentage of DREES events donation goes to the American Cancer Society.
